Carter's cuteness
Carter loves blowing bubbles / giving raspberries / spitting - whatever you want to call it. He thinks he is pretty tough stuff after he does it. It is super cute! Here is a picture of him doing it, although he also looks like he could be puckering up as well. I love this little man!
