Great hiding spot

Logan got upset right before his friends left after a fun day. When I called him to come say goodbye, he didn't come. They left; I asked if he wanted to get the mail (one of his chores). He didn't come. Then I figured he fell asleep... But I still wanted to find him. I searched the upstairs. Nowhere. I searched the downstairs... And just as my heart was beginning to race a bit, I found him. Do you see him?

You only can, because of the angle. Since I rarely walk by the dog bowl, I only saw this view point.

And considering the kids helped put the couch cushions back on after making a giant fort....I didn't think much of the couch pillows being in slight disarray...

Here he was. It is a somewhat common spot for him, but usually he is not quite so hidden under the pillows.

Not very comfy either.

Home Depot Craft

I took the older boys to Home Depot this morning for their Build and Grow workshop. John & Ryan were going to come, but Ryan randomly feel asleep while John was getting ready. So off we went.  They built a Valentine's day box. Carter dumped his stuff out on the ground and wanted help. Logan neatly laid out his nails according to size and declared he was doing it on his own ) though since some nails were tricky, he needed a little help. ☺

Mickey mouse puzzle

Ryan wanted to do a 24-piece puzzle with me. He did randomly help with a few pieces, but I love puzzles and did it. ☺ he sat there with his Mickey mouse doll & talked to Mickey about how we were doing his puzzle... Moving Mickey head to look around. It was very cute.

Then when he saw I was taking his picture, he got silly. Shocker.

After bath huddle

Pretty much every time...

100 Days of Kindergarten for Logan!

Booby Trap

The boys, but Carter especially, are very into making booby traps. Belts, cords, pillows, chairs, shoes... You name it.  I asked them to clean up the hallway... They kind of did. Then I walked in the boys bedroom. Aiyiyi...
