Come here you little puppy dog...hmpf, he can touch it, but can't quite grab it.
He gets up on his hands and knees and rocks back & forth, then collapses.
He has now moved at least an inch closer and can fully grab the puppy. Which he then proceeded to roll all over the carpet while chewing on the puppy.
GO CARTER GO!!!
